Grand Union Centre is a new development in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea consisting of three residential buildings and one commercial building. The six storey C-shaped commercial building designed for Workspace, lines Ladbroke Grove and provides shops at street level and flexible office space on the upper floors linked by a central atrium.
The three residential buildings are connected at street level by a common podium that is stepped to match different street levels and to provide adequate headroom in the large underground car park. The residential development for Taylor Wimpey provides 130 mixed-tenure homes ranging from studio flats to five bedroom apartments.
