This delightful little Grade II listed ruin lies within the South Downs National Park in a much sought-after location. It has a full basement but the walls have cracked significantly: no wonder, as the River Arun lies close by and it sits practically below the water table. Our consent application details for James Wells Architects had to show how it could be safely rescued intact.
