The magnificent Grade I listed abbey church is testament to Dom Paul Bellot and was completed in 1912 in the Expressionist style. With an undercroft cut into over-consolidated clays, it suffered from substantial movement, starting almost from the day it was completed. We have assisted specialist contractor Stress UK with desk-study interpretation, diagnosis and advice on repairs.
