Sir David died in 1928 and this is an unusual monument to his life, as mausoleums are normally enclosed. The estate is now the subject of a residential development. CTP assisted heritage specialist RPS in the discharge of Planning Conditions by delivering the heritage inspection of this listed structure, including the railing enclosure which was in need of significant repair.
