CTP were commissioned to design a new build Hall of Residence at the University of Kent.

For speed, the structure was constructed using innovative reinforced concrete cast insitu ‘tunnel’ formed. Bathroom pods came to site fully serviced for final on site connection. Difficult site access was overcome by constructing reinforced hall roads and ramps.

As part of CTP’s ongoing Term Commission with the University of projects have included new Estate Offices and Refurbishment/repairs works to the Registry Buildings, Keynes College, Hoath Farm, Student Union, Woodlands/Jennison Building, NatWest Building and Beverley Farm.
