We have an opportunity for a structural engineer with an enthusiasm for heritage and conservation

CTP aims to be an expanding Kent based centre of excellence for Conservation. With 2 Conservation Accredited Engineers (CARE) in the Heritage team, the practice is aiming to be a leader in the field for the South East. Long standing clients include Brighton Pavilion, the Natural History Museum, the National Trust and Harrods. The team is supported by the Partners and other members of the 48 strong Practice.  

The successful candidate will be an engineer with experience of new-build and conservation work (Chartered or nearing Chartered status) with a strong interest in heritage and conservation. The role requires passion for collaboration with all involved in projects, assessment of historic materials and liaising with specialists. Excellent writing, speaking and sketching skills are required, with the ability to manage your workload.

The position offers excellent career opportunities within the practice. The candidate will be encouraged and supported to pursue Chartered status and CARE accreditation. The role will be based in our Sevenoaks office with a proportion of time making site visits and inspections.
