CTP are providing structural and civil engineering consultancy services for a substantial refurbishment and alterations to two existing warehouses and their external areas to create industrial and commercial centres for Valor Real Estate Partners LLP. The project includes the construction of new ancillary offices, associated parking, servicing, landscaping, pedestrian, and improved vehicle access arrangements.

CTP have also designed and detailed the structural and civil engineer aspects of a new 1700m² industrial unit on the same site. This includes the specification for the cement stabilisation works to the substructure and the design of the industrial floor slabs and large span portal frames as well as external drainage and the apron slabs.

The structural works to two of the three units are nearing completion.
