A new cruise berth being built in Grand Harbour, Malta. The project includes the extension of Pinto Quays 4 and 5, parallel with the existing quay, offset into the harbour by approximately 16m and reconstruction and realignment of Lascaris Wharf to form a continuous new berth along both areas for cruise ships.

The construction incorporates a series of piled platforms combined with sections of precast and mass concrete seawall. Repairs to existing structures and scour protection works are also being carried out below water level.

The platforms and seawall will include cope beams to accommodate new bollards and fenders.

CTP have designed the structure and are providing structural support, contract management and project management throughout the construction phase of the project.
