CTP carried out Structural and Civil Engineering designs on the Industrial Estate owned by Valor Real Estate. Works include recladding and extensions to existing warehouses, reconfiguration of access roads, below ground drainage and works to the adjacent river wall.

The buildings are to provide B2 Industrial warehousing for tenants.

Our services included:

• Surveys of existing structures to confirm condition and member sizes.
• Detailed design of new frames and modification of existing structures.
• Detailed designs of roads, parking and drainage infrastructures.
• Designs for foundation and ground slabs below ground improved sub-bases.
• Surveys of the existing river.
• Repair schedules.

The work is currently on site being constructed on a Design and Build basis by Coleman and James Services Ltd.
